Arosa Lenzerheide is home to numerous inviting mountain huts, with few large self-service complexes in sight. Instead, you’ll find cozy, rustic huts radiating Alpine charm, perfectly complemented by breathtaking views of the Swiss Alps. One of the best spots to take it all in is the Sattelhütte in Arosa. For an even more impressive panorama, the restaurant at the Weisshorn summit offers a 360° view that’s truly unmatched. The Isblaatere hut, located along the Präschtli valley run, captivates with its genuine coziness. But the Wanner Hütte in Lenzerheide left a particularly lasting impression on the testers. This small hut, nestled near the bottom of the Heimberg run, features a rooftop converted into a sun terrace—perfect for a relaxing break. On the western side of Lenzerheide, you’ll find many more charming huts. One standout is the Steinhütte June, where visitors can savor traditional Grisons specialties in a warm and welcoming setting. For its wide selection and the abundance of beautiful, character-filled huts, the test team awarded this ski area an impressive 9 points.
