The signage throughout the ski area is generally good, with large signs providing clear guidance. However, additional numbered signs along some routes would be a useful improvement. Most of the lifts are modern, with only a few exceptions. The Rothornbahn in Lenzerheide has been recently renovated and now shines with a fresh design inspired by the sleek aesthetics of the Urdenbahn.
During the testing period, there were virtually no noticeable wait times at the lifts. The main slopes are typically very well-groomed, ensuring a smooth skiing experience. Convenient service points equipped with tools are available for quick repairs, adding to the overall ease of the visit. Getting to the resort by train is simple and comfortable, and within the ski area, elevators and escalators make moving around hassle-free. Additionally, ATMs located in central spots add another layer of convenience for visitors.
